McAuliffe Parent Teacher Connection (PTC) is a nonprofit organization that serves all students, teachers, and parents/guardians. Members are parents/guardians, teachers, and administrators, all volunteering their time and talents. The work of PTC is carried out through its elected Officers and through numerous committees.

Mission Statement

The Christa McAuliffe Parent Teacher Connection (PTC) mission is to partner with families, educators, and the community to support every child's academic, social, and emotional growth.  Guided by the PRIDE values of Personal Responsibility, Respect, Integrity, Demonstrating Safety, and Empathy, we work to build an inclusive, connected school community where all students can thrive.

McAuliffe Parent Teacher Connection meets in the McAuliffe Elementary Media Center the third Tuesday of each month during the school year from 6:30 – 7:30 pm unless noted below with (*).  All are invited to attend these meetings.

September 24, 2026 - McAuliffe Backyard - 5:30pm - 7pm - Fall Fun Run Festival - (Welcome families back to the new school year and kick off our PTC Fundraiser.  Fun Run, Food Trucks, Music, and socialize with other families at McAuliffe!)

October 12 - 14, 2026 - McAuliffe Media Center - Fall Scholastic Book Fair

January 29, 2027 - McAuliffe Cafeteria - Book Bingo Night

February 23-25, 2027 - McAuliffe Media Center - Spring Scholastic Book Fair
